Ten for Ten

So, I have stalked researched many other blogs and saw that most blogger newbies started off with an "about me" tag or something similar so, I have decided to do a Ten for Ten.

Here are Ten facts about me!

I am a diehard coffee addict. I am a sucker for Dunkin Donuts Blueberry Iced Coffee with cream and sugar.

I completed my Bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management before I went into childcare and teaching.

I was adopted when I was three days old and could not be any more thankful for my parents and family.

I lived in Ohio for two years but moved back home because I missed my mommy and daddy too much-judge me, it's okay.

I am Vera Bradley obsessed. Like every time I walk past a display in a mall, I buy something...not even joking.

I'm a sucker for trash tv and abc family shows... Pretty Little Liars, The Fosters, Teen Mom 2...yeah I am ALL about that!

I love to cook and bake. I usually spend my Saturday mornings pinteresting crazy ideas and concocting them Saturday nights.

I am a New England sports fan by relationship and I wear all the team colors proudly!

I am a "monogram princess' as my father says. I have a monogram on everything. Tumblers, laptop, phone, iPad case, car, you name it, it's monogrammed.

Blogging intimidates me and it's a lot to learn but I am loving it so far and hope to stay with it.

Tell me ten facts about you!

Inside the Toddler Class!

I am a very anal and OCD type of person at home but that is not always the easiest way to be in a classroom-especially a toddler classroom! I have never been completely satisfied with the way my room turns out after a major reset and clean out but, that just may have changed.

Welcome to my Older Toddler Room!
Science Center complete with shape sorters, puzzles, shells and other outdoor finds, magnets, sensory bottles, sea creatures and reptiles, and links.

Table Toys/Manipulatives smaller legos, peg boards, puzzles, stacking cups, Mr. Potato Head, and bead coasters.

My Book Shelf/Music/Computers

Block/Car Center waffle blocks, legos, wooden blocks, race track, soft blocks and shape sorters

Quiet Area

Housekeeping

Reading Center/Fish Tank

Teacher Area/Art Supplies/
Sink

It may not be perfect but I am happy with it and my children love it!

How do you organize your room?

And on Sundays...

We Veg!

At our house, Sunday is really the only day that J and I have to fully veg and do absolutely nothing as his job requires him to work six days a week and I typically spend my Saturdays babysitting for the parents at the preschool or close family friends.

Today, we took full advantage of resting! We  J, slept in while I took selfies and worked on my blog and gorged myself in Orange is the New Black with Yoda, we went to breakfast at this delicious place by our house, picked up some amazing cupcakes from Gigi's, and slept some more.

We finished the night off by meeting my parents for dinner at an Italian retaurant where my father and boyfriend continued their bromance over cars.

This weekend, I also scored some Vera Bradley bags at a serious discount-I mean, what teacher or any female for that matter, can resist a Vera sale? 5 bags for $85...uh, yes please!

I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable weekend!
